Simple calendar/todo list for worker bees

Simple calendar/todo list

Pop up a OneNote pad and type in my appointment or todo item. Click on
the calendar button which pops up a small calendar to select date to
assign task. Click on a clock button to popup a small clock to select time
to assign task. OR a 0 option for no specific time. Hit Enter or close
the pad to save task to outlook calendar.

1) Outlook calendar can print rolling 4 week calendar, weekly, daily.
2) Appointments print first, task without a time print last
3) Only first line of appointment/task is printed (complete appointment/task
is printed on daily)
4) At the end of the day/week/month I can popup a list of all
appointments/tasks
for that time period. I can highlight the ones I didn't get done and
reschedule
by clicking on popup calendar and popup clock.

That's it. That's all I want. So simple and efficient for worker bees
who don't have secretaries to manage their calendar.

Do you want to take notes or have shared/advanced calendar features?
What you describe can be done in Outlook natively without needing to be
generated from OneNote.

Maybe I"m missing what you're asking. Can you clarify?

I share that request. Sure, we can do that in Outlook, but the very fact that
we're using OneNote for more tasks and organization makes it less seamless.
If I have a ToDo list, and I want to put a flag reminder and date on one, I'd
like to be able to click on a box and have the flag seamlesslessly integrated
to Outlook.

If you want us to use the organizational tool, it needs to tie in.

Maybe the solution to all of these requests would be tighter integration
between Outlook and OneNote. Maybe there could be a way to have OneNote work
through Outlook--or vice versa--so that there isn't any overlap of features,
but everyone could have the ability to manage tasks and appointments more
seamlessly.
