Simple Excel Chart Question

assuming your range is in column A starting at a1

col b col c
'1-3 =COUNTIF(A1:A50,"<4")
'4-6 =COUNTIF(A1:A50,"<4")
'7-10 =COUNTIF(A3:A52,">6")

Highlight b1:c3 and seect the chart wizard
