Simple Macro?

Hi

I'd like to create a macro that runs when a document is opened. If th
file has already been printed, I'd like it to add "printed" somewher
(perhaps by bookmark location?). If it hasn't been printed then no tex
needs to be inserted.

Is there anyone that would be able to help me. I don't have a clue ho
to start.
