Simple mail merge question,square?

I use word 2003, and i have already created the list of address, name
and etc.

Now I have
[Title] [First Name] [Last Name]
[Company Name]
[Address]
[City], [State] [ZIP code]


Question: How can i add the name , title and etc inside the squarte
bracket?
