Hi all:
I am looking for some advice and/or a form to utilize as a daily
checklist sheet of sorts. Ideally, it would notify the rest of my
co-workers when the checks have been completed (click of a button that
says I finished checking) so people can follow up on problem areas. I
currently just use a template where I list what I check and then I type
out what the problems encountered are and send the email to
distribution list.
Any advice on how to approach this without having to design a form from
scratch? Any sources on the web for downloading a generic Admin
Checklist form?
