Simple Notes -> Exchange Migration Tool

Hi,

Are there any simple desktop based tools to migrate a
Notes Mail file to an Exchange PST?

I am unable to use any server based migration tools as
the two environments will not co-exist. Basically, I
need to take mymail.nsf and convert it to mymail.pst
keeping the basic formatting of emails plus the folder
hierarchy intact.

I found Microsoft Importer for Lotus Notes Mail but the
documentation suggests that it does not support Notes 5.
Any other ideas?
