Simple Payroll

I need a very basic payroll database to run my payroll in
El Salvador. We have no income tax or other difficult
calculations to worry about. Is there an example db in
ENGLISH that I can use which is adjustable for a novice
Access user?

Use the Access database wizard and install "Time and Billing" and "Ledger".
One of them should do the trick.
