Simple Problem in Publishing

I try to publish the form into the localmachine for testing.
My machine got WinXp Prof, IIS, .NET Framework 1.1, Infopath 2003 and etc.

When I publish the form to the Web Server, the following error appear on the
screen.

Infopath cannot save the following form http:\\xxxx\Testing\TestForm.xsn
Network problems are preventing this file from being saved. If this problem
persists. Please contact your network administrator.
***
