Simple Question -- Repeating An Email Address

How do I change Outlook so that when I send an email the email address of the
recipient is saved in Outlook so that when I retype that email address later
it automatically is retrieved by Outlook after the first few characters and
put linto my outgoing email address window ? Thanks!

Outlook 2002 and 2003 do this automatically. Outlook 2000 doesn't do it at
all. Which do you have?
