Simple User Guide

Hello,

Currenly I have a simple user guide in Indonesian for my church database by
linking the form to the MS Words.

Since want it to have in foregin languages, I would prefer to have it a text
control, since my langguate settings is designed to look to form label with
text.

What is the best way to make the simple user guide, just about 3 pages. Your
idea is hignly appreciated.

Frank,

I would create a table with a memo field and type the instructions into it.
Create a form or report using that table and field, then open it from a
button on a menu or other form.

Thanks Mark for your explanation. But memo field can not be formatted. Can we
formatted it?, because this simple guide is about 2 pages long, and something
like " Getting Started" explanation which have explantion by topic etc. So if
it is in word it is a nice looking..

FMS has a memo control which allows formatting and can be inserted into
reports.
