Simple VB and Excel questions

I'm very new to visual basic, but it seemed like a good
way to accomplish what I've been working on. I needed to
make a form that people could enter information into about
8 fields, which once submitted would be automatically
entered into an Excel file. I seemed to have found a very
basic way of doing this, except I don't know how to code
it so that it does not keep entering the text on the same
line. Also, once it is working, what do i do with the
form. All I can figure out how to do is export it as
a .frm file, but I need it to either be a stand alone file
or imbedded in Excel. Any advice would be greatly
appreciated. Thanks.
