Please someone help before my head explodes.
I have a word 2003 document using two column formatting.
Let me set the scene; In the left column I have minutes from a
meeting and in the right column who is actioning the results of each
minute point.
The left column I want justified (pretty Simple Enough) however the
last line of this 15 line paragraph is only four words and is spread
out evenly accross the column leaving a half inch gap between each
word. If I highlight the last line and try to left justify it to keep
all the words together the whole paragraph becomes left justified and
conversely if I leave the last line left justified and then highlight
the other 14 lines to justify then the bottom line spreads out again.
Any clues please.
Thanks
