SimpleUI syntax at the ProjectID level

This borders on a question for the WSS group but please forgive me: I am
familiar with the SimpleUI options in PWA for freeing up screen real estate.
But I can't seem to figure out the syntax to use the feature at the
individual projectUID level.
Is there any way to create a URL syntax that makes use of the ?SimpleUI and
the ?_projectUID in a single URL?
