Simulating Access shortcut keys, and trapping F-keys press

Hi!



1.How can I simulate pressing Access shortcut keys?
I want to simulate pressing the Ctrl+' combination.

2. How can I trap pressing one of the F keys,
so that I can use them for special actions?
