Simulating yellow highlighter on paper

I want to simulate the yellow highlighter on a page of paper, and have
the highlighter fade in. In other words, we'll start with an image of
a document (e.g. a contract), then fade in the yellow highlighting of
pertinent terms. Any suggestions on how to do this?

Hi,

Create an autoshape (rectangle or appropriate shape) and use yellow fill
and no line. Control-click on the shape and send it to the back. Also
control-click on the shape and give it an animation you like - dissolve
would probably achieve the effect you want.
