Since downloading BlackBerry software I'm NOT getting all my email

After speaking with Cingular and Cbeyond (internet carrier) they both say it
is a Microsoft problem.
Any suggestions?

Perhaps you might explain how you know your not getting all your mail

If I go on the web and enter my cbeyond account directly then I see all my
mail. I average 140 emails a day and I am receiving an average of 15.

Was it working prior to installing the Blackberry software? If yes, then it is not Outlook. They are just lazy and will blame the other guy. I suggest you peruse the blackberry forums to see if there is a fix available.
