Since I ran an update, the "From" field is empty in emails rec'd?

Since running an updates last night, all emails that I receive are now blank
in the "From" field. I'm using Outlook 2000 and I have ran "detect and
repair" but it did not fix the problem. Besides going and doing a restore to
the time before the update how can I fix this?
