Single Instance of Outlook 2002 Open

Is there a way to restrict how many instances of Outlook
can be running simultaneously? I would like to allow only
one instance of the program to be open.

I didn't think you could open up more than one instance of OL2002. It sure
won't let me open up more than one at a time. If I try to launch it again,
it merely opens up the existing Outlook window.
