Single user can't logon to PWA

Hi all -

I have one user that can't logon to PWA but can logon to all the Sharepoint
sites including the project workspace that they need to get to. I've tried
everything. Restarted IIS, checked if synchronization was working, removed
and readded the ID. I also did go as far as adding a new AD account and
adding that test ID and it worked!

Any ideas would be more than welcome!
