Single User unable to access Mailbox

Hello,

We've got a user who reported that Outlook was "Disconnected".
I've since recreated their Mail Profile, and receive the following error
message "Unable to open your default e-mail folders. The microsoft Exchange
Server is not available. either there are network problems or the Microsoft
Exchange Server computer is down for maintenance."

Troubleshooting I've done already, as follows.
-I've recreated the profile (for Outlook).
-I've logged onto the same computer as a different user, and tried to access
the troubled users mailbox twice.
-First result - I had no permission to access the mailbox, so I typed in
their username and password - same error message as above.
-Second result - I gave myself full control of the mailbox in Active
Directory, and I was able to load the mailbox without issue.
-Logging onto Webmail is fine with same credentials.
-Recreated Windows profile. Same error.

The user is running Office 2003 with SP3 installed. The server is running
SBS 2003 SP2 with Exchange 2003 SP2.

Any ideas would be really great.
