Sister's address appears next to my name on word sent email

When I compose and send in Word my sister's email address appears next to my name as from Sam4X5) (e-mail address removed) ... To email recepient. My email address is (e-mail address removed). My sisters email address is sister ... (e-mail address removed). I checked all the addresses in all email accounts including outlook, cox, att, and hotmail for me and my sister, and they are all correct. I checked the Word properties and my email address next to my name is correct there too. Can anyone help?

No. I am not logged in to the computer at all. I nor my sister has ever elected to log into windows. We do have a home network with my PC on cable with my email address plus my sister's email address on the cable account on my PC with a router connection via ethernet to the other part of the house to her PC. Thus we have separate mailboxes on the same cable connection via router. Word is just switching my name with her email address when I send from this computer. If anyone can figure this out let me know. Thanks
