I was asked to critique a site. As I am still learning what
does work, I don't know what doesn't. So I will bring it
here where there are centuries of experience. Feel free to
praise or blast as you please, I will use this to increase
my knowledge also.

Quite a bit too slow to load using a 56k modem!...Probably the 10-4 logo
animation. I can't tell what the two State Fire photos are?? Is one
sideways?

Hi Mike.

My only comment right now would be to use an image editor to resize / resample the images to the
actual height and width size used on the page. Forcing the browser to resize images renders them
unviewable.

The free IrfanView will do it for you. Use the Resample feature and set it to the Lazlo ( slowest )
filter.

Hi Mike....

Lot's a good work here... way to go.

Some REALLY minor reactions that I had are......

Some of the text is really close to the gray area ( service, about, and
products pages) a little margin might help but again.... REALLY minor!

On the contact page I thought it a little duplicative ( is this really a
word??? ) to have the contact title in black and in the blue bar.

Anyway... just some minor reactions. Be proud of your work!!!!

Looks good !

Like everyone else says..minor stuff:

Too many splotches of white, maybe do a darker gray page bg and a tad fancier banner. I'd leave the main text areas white (as they are now), but maybe fill in the white vertical spaces between the table columns.
