Site switches between old & new pages

First- I am a really really newbie. This is my first web-site.

I've updated my site. The home page is the old page and menu bar i
old. click on bulletin board page and that's a new page. go back t
home page and its my updated home page. Can anyone help?

Refresh when going to the new page. The old screen is probably held in the
memory of your computer.
