Using Project server 2003. This was Ok, but from last 4 days, i observe that
in site provisioning settings "Site template" is blank and nothing to
seleect. Drop down list is blank. Thats why receiving the "error occurred
when creating site. site does not seem to exist". No securioty changes on the
server.
