Size Limitations in Org Charts?

Are there truly size limitations in the org chart function in
PowerPoint or am I missing a very simple function that allows a user to
resize subordinates and assistants?

All of the boxes from head to assistants to subordinates are the same
size on my org chart. Is this correct? Is Visio the only other
solution to this issue?

If you're using PPT 2002 or 2003, turn off AutoLayout on the Org Chart
toolbar.
