Size of a chart sheet

hi,
i am working on excel 2000 and when I created a chart sheet, the size is automaticelly the size of my excel window. But then, if I have a bigger window for excel, the file still have the same size ?!? Is this a bug or is there a way to change the size of the chart ?

Apparently when Excel resizes a chart sheet to fit the window, it
calculates the zoom percent it needs, and saves that number (whereas
PowerPoint remembers that you wanted a slide to fit the window).

Oh well.
