Size of an Outlook express EML file

Hi,
I need to know the maximum size of attachments that a single EML
(Outlook express) file can hold. Also the maximum size of an Outlook express
EML file.

Basically up to what number of megabytes does an EML message support for its
attachments? Also the maximum size of an EML file, which means apart from
attachment size, how long the message itself can grow.
