Size of folders 'On My Computer'

Version: 2008 Operating System: Mac OS X 10.6 (Snow Leopard) Processor: Intel Email Client: Exchange Is there any way to determine the size of a folder 'On My Computer'. I file Exchange messages in folders on my Mac, but it would seem that the max size is 2GB. But how do I know when I'm approaching that size?

Sorry, I should add the 2GB max size is when I export to RGE files, but the
main question is how do I establish the folder size?!

There is no limit on folders "On My Computer", but I have seen problems
exporting as either .rge or .MBOX files failed if the size is over 2GB.
Large number of messages in a folder will make it slower to open or sort
too.

The only way I know to check the size of a folder would be to drag it to the
desktop as MBOX file and check the size in the Finder. Using .rge would
require a bit more customization to get just one folder.
