size of icons near time

I just got a new computer and the setings don't look the
same as my last computer. It is not a display change
setting (or resolution)I need(I alredy tried that), but
only want to increase the size of the icons near the clock.
Anyone have any ideas

I'm running WIN2000 with office professional
