Size of inserted pictures / screen dumps in Word

Quite often I insert screen shots in my Word (2003) documents. I would like
to know if it's possible to change the default scaling of these "pictures" to
say 60% in stead of the default 100%. Or maybe it's possible to select all
inserted pictures and format (resize) them in one step?
