Size of the Sort box - MS Excel 2007

Hi Folks

I am using MS Excel 2007 and when I use the Data Sort function the Sort box
is a decent size and works perfectly for me in that I can see most of my
spreadsheet in the background. Another user has just been upgraded to this
version and when she selects Data Sort the widnow takes up her whole screen.
This is most annoying as she would also like a small Sort window like mine.
I have done all the compares between her installation and mine and I cannot
fathom what setting is telling the system to automatically size the window.
I know that you can right click on the window bar and size it, but we do not
want to do that every time.
Does anyone have any suggestions please.
