Sized to Window

Operating System: Mac OS X 10.5 (Leopard)
Processor: Intel

After removing Excel 2004 and installing Excel 2008 I noticed that all my charts had shrunk. This was the default behavior in 2004 and the solution was to hit the "Size to Window" button under the "View" tab. This button no longer seems to function. How can I resize my charts to fit the window?
