Sizing Forms

Access 2 K WIN98
When I maximize a form it maximises all forms that I open; even the
switchboard. It is trivia but it irritates me a lot. DoCmd.Restore onExit
does not seem to work. Are there other methods to open form in "fit window"
to size.
