Sizing Pages, Tables & Cells

I am creating a family web site and am having trouble getting the spacings
correct. Some members of my family will be viewing this site with there
montors set to 800x600 and some will be viewing it at at resoultion of
1024x768. When I set my cells to view correctly in 800x600, they do not
display correctly in 1024x768.

I see no way to set the pixels of percentage for the page size itself. I can
however choose to set my table and cell widths in pixels or percentages.
Which should I use in order to get a good display when viewed with either of
the resolutions above? Any suggestion or recomendations on how to set up my
pages so that they will display the way they should?

Set you table width at 750pixels. or 100%
