Sizing pictures in Power Point

B

Bob

Hi I use ALT Print Scrn to copy a picture then I paste it
to Power Point I can resize the picture to 1024*768 but I
have to do it every time after I paste, like this,
RM - Format picture
click - Size
Click - Best size for slide show
The default is 640*480 so I change it to 1024*768
Q. how can I default the size to 1024*768
thanks in advance
Bob

Hate to be the bearer of bad news but you really need to stay away from
"Copy", "Paste", especially a lot of pictures. It will cause your file size
to grow beyond usefulness. After pressing ALT-Print Scrn, open Microsoft
Photo Editor, click "Edit", "Paste as new image". Click the "File" menu,
then select "Save as" and save it as a jpg. Then back in PowerPoint, click
"Insert", "Picture", "From file" and browse to your picture and select it.

Seems like a lot of work, but you will be happier in the long run.

Regardless of how you get the pictures into PPT, you could download our free
PPTools Starter Set at http://get.pptools.com

The Remember Position and Place Exactly tools will let you size your
pictures repeatedly with a single click.
