Sizing SmartArt shapes

I'm trying to make all the shapes in a row of Relationship Matrix the same
size and evenly distributed, but I can't seem to change them all at once,
ungroup them or make changes that don't effect all the other parts of the
matrix. Suggestions?

Depending on the changes you need to make, you may need to right-click and
ungroup the SmartArt. (You need SP2 for Office 2007 in order to have this
functionality. Otherwise you can copy or cut the SmartArt, Paste | Paste
Special as EMF and ungroup the EMF twice.)
