skewed table

Does anyone know if there is anyway to skew the top of a
table like you're able to do in WordPerfect? I've even
tried drawing the table and that didn't work.

If not, does anyone know how I can get a skewed table
created in WordPerfect to convert or copy to Word without
losing its "skewness"?

If you're talking about diagonal headings, you can do this with an embedded
Excel sheet but not in Word.
