Hi! I am Neeraj Vaze.
I am tring to print lables using Mail merge option in Word 2003. When I
propogate the label they appre to be perfect but when I try to print them
with HP 1020 Printer, They shift One line up with every line & hency all the
formating goes heywire. The same problem never happned in Word 2000 verssion
because it had a option of "skip blank lines" in the setup menu, which I am
not able to locate in word 2003. Pl. help me locate & add this command.
Thanks.

Hello Neeraj -

The feature is actually built in so there's no need for the setting. I think
your problem may be that since you've upgraded your software you haven't
updated your printer driver. Check that out first at the HP site. If that
doesn't resolve the problem post to one of the Word for Windows newsgroups
you'll find here:

http://www.microsoft.com/office/community/en-us/FlyoutOverview.mspx

This group is for the Mac version of Word.
