Skip names in spell check

How do I get Outlook to skip names in the spell check? We send lots of
emails with names in each one. I may not use the name ever again so I don't
want to add it to the dictionary. It seems to me that Outlook 2003 did allow
spell check to skip names.

did you look in tools, options, spelling, autocorrect options?

How would it know it was a name?

Technically, it wouldn't look for 'names', it'd look for mid-sentence first
capped words.

Which, of course, means Jhon ran through the door. would still fail spell
check, but I saw Jhon run through the door. wouldn't.

Of course, a number of names are in the dictionary already.
