Skipping a range in y-axis

I have a graph with a y axis that goes 0.0 to 1.6.

I want to skip part of the that range in the y-axis, from around 0.7
to 1.2.

I saw a tutorial on how to skip, say, 0.0 to .7, but not the middle
range that I would want.

Any ideas?
