sku011.cab file missing

I couldn't install the office 2003 update because sku011.cab couldn't be
found. How do I fix that?

I am in the same boat and I think that Office 2k3 is
really hurting Micorsoft's image. I do desktop support
and sometimes the updater will look for this file
(sku011.cab) and other times it will not. Basically a
reinstall is in order, a real pain. Checked Google, tons
of hits from other very frustrated people obviously from
around the globe, same story, no sku011.cab file.
Microsoft are you listening? Yes I am being nice, but
this is crappy service from a company that has pretty much
changed things for the better, not real impressed with
Office 2003 and it's headaches (features). I say this
because in my day to day troubleshooting of various
hardware and software issues, if it is Microsoft related,
I check your KB first, no joy for sku011.cab, is this a
secret bug that no one is supposed to know about?

I've been in touch with MS Support and I have to get a FP98 disk. My FP03
was an upgrade and my original FP98 disk is gone. I have a friend mailing
me a FP98 disk...I'll post back here and see if that solves my problem.
Should arrive Friday or Saturday.
