SKU011.CAB this is stopping me from utilizing my ms ofc 2003

Microsoft recently sold me another microsoft disc because apparantly I did
not have the original microsoft program, this was not true I have been the
only owner of this computer since I purchased it from ABC Warehouse. Now I
cannot utilize my ms office 2003 because the SKU011.CAB cannot be found. Why
cant a lay person buy a reliable machine from a reliable manufacturer or
distributer and get reliable service from a reliable network or microsoft
like company?

Hi elaine,

I suggest you address your comments directly to Microsoft. This newsgroup
is for Project users. Best to contact your retailer from whom you bought
the software/hardware.
