sku111.cab problem

To whom it may concern
I updated my pc from your web side.After that I can't open excel at all. I
have a LEGAL sw. When I attemp to open excel it tells me that missing
sku111.cab.
I wanted to reinstall from original cd but unsuccesfull. Please let me know
how can I fix the problem. Thanks.
