SKU119.CAB

I've installed Office2003 from the Action Pack CD (upgrade from Office XP),
and immediately gone to the website to apply Office2003 SP1. When I run the
upgrade, it fails, looking for a Publisher file SKU119.CAB, which isn't on
the CD or my hard disk. Downloading the full 73MB upgrade file and running
it gives the same symptom. Any ideas how I can apply SP1??

Hi Chris,

The SKU119.CAB file is part of the MS Office Publisher 2003
product CD. Check in Add/Remove programs to see if there is
a listing for that product, separate from MS Office 2003.

Thanks, Bob. You were quite right. I had forgotten that I had already
installed Publisher 2003 from a different CD in the Action Pack. Putting
that CD in the drive when I got the message solved the problem.
Surprisingly, I was then editing something in Word 2003 with a hyperlink in
it, and the Installer started up and asked for another Publisher CAB file (I
didn't make a note of its name). I found the Publisher disk again and put it
in, and now Office seems to be happy.

Cheers

Chris
