Slide organizer format in normal view

In normal view, the current slide is main focus, with all slides in presentations to the left. Currently the slides to the left are in small icon and text format. How can I get the the slides to show up as a representation of the slide itself. Meaning a minimized picture of how the slide looks?

Hi,

The feature you are asking about was introduced in PowerPoint 2008. To
get the feature you would need to install PowerPoint 2008.
