Slide show and show size

I

Ian

Hi

A couple of no doubt idiot questions.

first. I need to show products around 20 to demonstrate a range of products.
I realise flash is a bit of a no no because I need to distribute it with the
package for CD option which does not include active x. So Am I better to use
a picture a slide or is there a gif animation slide show program around?

Second as this is a promotional cd bearing in mind the advent of widw
screens and various resolutions should I set the show options and make a
version for 800*600 and 1024*768 etc accessed by a cd menu system or just
ship a 1024*768 version as this is the most popular screen size?

thanks

Ian

1) Gif animations can be included in PowerPoint for distribution. Therefore
if you build a gif of your product, these can be used to show it rotating or
whatever.

2) PowerPoint will resize the output window to fit the user's screen
resolution. I would preview it at the 800x600 resolution to ensure that
nothing too bad happens to the images, but I would suggest building it with
1024x768 as the target.
