slide show on dvd

I would like to put together slide shows with transations, music and titles to show on TV with a dvd player

Would Windows Movie Maker or Photo Story (Digital Media Edition) give me my best results

Not exactly a Microsoft Office question but either Movie Maker or
PhotoStory will accomplish what you want.
