My boss uses songs with slides in the background with the words on
them. The problem he and everyone in my office is having with
powerpoint X is that the timing is off when setting the timing using the
resheal timing fuction. This function works in Powerpoint 2001 under 9
and on any PC, but under OSX and Powerpont X the timing is never
right. Nomaly one can click on the space bar while the song is playing
in the resheal timing setting and at the end it ask you if you wish to
keep these timings and the slide show will be automated using your set
timings. BUT this does not happen, under OSX powerpoint speeds up
the slide trastions so that the timing is way off by the end of the song.
I think this is an error of Microsofts part and needs to be fixed within
the program itself. But, my boss has asked me to ask the microsoft
community for help if there is anything that can be done, please let me
know.
Thanks,
Moose
