Slides Don't Change

I created a slide show using Powerpoint 2004 for Mac, Version 11.1.1. I
have 103 slides. I set up for auto transition after 2 seconds. I have a
sound file embedded in the presentation. When I start the slide show
the music starts but the slide show NEVER gets past slide number 1. It
just stays on slide #1. Am using a G4 with 1.2 processor and 832 memory
with Panther 10.3.9. Am I doing something wrong? I read all the help
files and I looked through all the posts here but can't seem to come up
with a solution. Thanks.

In Slide View (for editing), Control-click the sound icon, and select
"Custom Animation" from the contextual menu that appears.  In the left pane,
select the sound, and in the right pane, click the "Effect Options" button.
In the dialog that appears, click the "Media Options" tab.  Under "Stop
playing:", choose "After 999 slides", and click OK. That will allow the
sound to continue playing throughout the presentation.

Thanks, you were right on target. Works fine now but sound does not
start until 4th slide. Any way I can get it to start on first slide? My
Sound Icon is on the first slide and I have the following settings in
the Custom Animation Window:
Title 1, Text 2 followed by AIFF Sound File. (These are all in left
sidebar of window). On right side I have set it to Start with Previous,
0 Delay.
Thanks again. Tennisman1939
