Slipstream SP1 in OFFICE 2K3 Error

I get an error message when I run the command --

msiexec /p d:\sp\MAINSP1ff.msp /a d:\Office2k3\PRO11.MSI shortfilenames=true

Error: "You have not entered a valid Product Key. Please check the number
located on the sticker on the back of the CD case or on your Certificate of
Authenticity"

The funniest thing is it update never asks me for a Serial Number ; any
helppppppppppppp

It's not clear what approach you're using here.

To slipstream an Office 2003 ServicePack you apply
it to an existing MS Office 2003 Admin Install point
and you can then either recache installations from there
(for previously deployed installs) or create a CD of
the Admin point.

The Office admin point creation is when the volume license
key is requested.
